  • Parsley
  • Green Onion
  • Red Onion
  • Eggs
  • Milk
  • Red Pepper Flakes
  • Zaatar Seeds
  • Tahini 
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper


  1. Mix diced parsley, diced red onion, diced green onion, salt, pepper, zaatar, 1 cup of tahini, 3-4 eggs, olive oil, and ¼ cup of milk together until it is a pancakey mix.
  2. Cook on a pan as you would do with pancakes. 
  3. Optional- cook with slices of mozzarella cheese on top.
