Fattoush- Tita’s famous Levantine Salad Recipe 


  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Tomato
  • Mint Leaves
  • Lettuce
  • Parsely
  • Pita Bread
  • Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Pomegranate Molasses 
  • Lemon
  • Sugar
  • Olive Oil


  1. Mixed diced 1 cucumber, 1 diced tomato, 5 mint leaves, parsley, ½ spoonful of apple cider vinegar, 3 spoonfuls of pomegranate molasses, 1 spoonful of sugar, and 3 spoonfuls of olive oil.
  2. Mix the fattoush sauce with cut lettuce. 
  3. Cut the pita bread into small pieces and air fry until they are crispy. You can also press the pita bread in a panini press and break the bread apart when crispy. 
  4. Before serving, mix the crispy pita pieces into the salad and enjoy.
