Malek Jandali

Malek Jandali is a Syrian American composer and pianist.

Jandali was born on December 25, 1972, in Waldbröl, West Germany, and is of Syrian descent. Jandali received many awards leading from 1988 to 2015. Jandali’s works are significantly noted for its compelling mixture of Western and Middle-Eastern influences.

Alongside his rise to fame, Jandali has also helped with charities and organizations through his activism. Alongside his music career, Jandali had also received his master’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2004.

Overall Jandali’s works were astounding, leading to Jandali’s latest piece, The Moonlight, 2015.
