<li style="font-weight: 400; text-align: left;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Mix on high heat until it becomes a jelly-like consistency. </span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400; text-align: left;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Turn the stove off and pour ¼ a cup of olive oil. </span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400; text-align: left;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Cut 3 sliced red onions into strips, fry them and mix with corn flour. </span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400; text-align: left;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Serve the lentil mixture, crispy onions, and crispy pita chips on a deep glass dish and enjoy. </span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Mint Leaves</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Lettuce</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Parsely</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Pita Bread</span></li>

<p style="text-align: left;"><b>Instructions:</b></p>
<ol>
<li style="font-weight: 400; text-align: left;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Mixed diced 1 cucumber, 1 diced tomato, 5 mint leaves, parsley, ½ spoonful of apple cider vinegar, 3 spoonfuls of pomegranate molasses, 1 spoonful of sugar, and 3 spoonfuls of olive oil.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400; text-align: left;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Mix the fattoush sauce with cut lettuce. </span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400; text-align: left;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Cut the pita bread into small pieces and air fry until they are crispy. You can also press the pita bread in a panini press and break the bread apart when crispy. </span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400; text-align: left;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Before serving, mix the crispy pita pieces into the salad and enjoy.</span></li>
